Au pair in Spain - assistance to a host family with children

Au pair program provides free accommodation and meals within a host family, in which the participants do simple household chores, especially caring for younger children, receiving a reward of pocket money. On weekends and during a two-week vacation (if the program lasts 6 months), it is possible to travel throughout the country or even to other states that are members of the Schengen Agreement.

Everyone can take part in the program for a period of 2-3 months (short-term) and for a long-term period from 6-12 months. You do not need a visa to become an au pair in Spain for up to 90 days. If the period of stay at a host family is more than 90 days, you must apply for a student visa.
